The purpose of this study is to refine and evaluate socket design, mechanical components, control mechanisms, control electronics and training of powered lower limb prosthetic devices for amputees.

The Shirley Ryan 小恩雅 is studying the effect of nerve stimulation on proprioception (your sense of touch) and fine motor control in the hands, wrists, and arms to reduce tremor in patients with essential tremor. We are seeking healthy adults to participate as a comparison group.
