Access Living is a nonresidential advocacy center for people in Chicago with all types of disabilities.

Staff provide free help with issues such as:

  • Domestic violence and sexual assault
  • Housing discrimination, including compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and civil rights issues
  • immigration
  • landlord and tenant issues - housing
  • public benefits and Social Security
  • Learn more about 


Intake hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. Sign language, Braille, large print and interpreters for Spanish are available.
